Compulsory intern (m/f/d) Project Management

The Fashion Council Germany e. V. was founded in Berlin in 2015 and represents the interests of German fashion. The aim is to promote and establish German fashion design as a cultural and economic asset, as has been the case in countries such as France or Great Britain for many years. Through targeted lobbying, the Fashion Council Germany e. V. thus becomes the point of contact for politics, media, culture and industry in connection with German fashion design.

For the next possible date, we are looking for a highly motivated mandatory intern in the area of project management for 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Management
  • Support in the preparation and follow-up of our projects
  • Organisation of preparatory activities, such as designing the showroom, receiving goods, preparing the collection, booking the fitting models and logistical tasks
  • Handling e-mails and telephone calls, coordinating appointments and travel bookings

Requirements:

  • Ongoing studies in the field of fashion, design or a related subject area
  • Distinct organisational skills, as well as a good ability to express oneself, both verbally and in writing (German/English language)
  • Confident handling of MS standard software
  • Structured and efficient way of working
  • Flexibility and a quick perception
  • High reliability and a sense of quality awareness
  • Practical professional experience is an advantage

Working student (m/f/d) with focus on politics

We are looking for a highly motivated student trainee (m/f/d) with a focus on politics for 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Cooperation in targeted lobbying in the field of fashion
  • Communication with the various partners
  • Research and production of background information, picture series and other online formats
  • Handling of all correspondence and e-mail traffic, in the field of politics (independently and according to instructions)
  • Project coordination and submission of various funding applications at state, federal and European level

Requirements:

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally from an industry-related discipline
  • Interest in fashion and current political topics
  • High reliability and pronounced quality awareness
  • Interest in working with us should extend over a period of at least one year.
  • Practical professional experience, is an advantage
