Financial accountant (m/f/d) full time

FASHION COUNCIL GERMANY e.V. was founded in Berlin in 2015 and represents the interests of German fashion. The aim is to promote and establish German fashion design as a cultural and economic asset, as has been the case for many years in countries such as France or Great Britain. The FASHION COUNCIL GERMANY e.V. thus becomes a contact point for politics, media, culture and industry in connection with German fashion design through targeted lobbying.

For the next possible date we are looking for an ambitious financial accountant (m/f/d) in full-time.

Responsibilities:

- Preparation and posting of outgoing invoices

- Monitoring of outstanding receivables incl. dunning process

- Checking, account assignment and posting - with cost centers - of incoming invoices

- Reconciliation of the accounting accounts including account clarification after the end of the business year as a basis for the preparation of the annual financial statements by our tax advisor.

- Simple cost center evaluation of our individual projects

- Travel expense report

- Creation of the payment runs

- You are the contact person for all tax-related issues as well as the tax office, payroll office, health insurance companies and other authorities

 

Requirements:

- An apprenticeship as a tax clerk or comparable training

- min. 5years professional experience in the field of accounting

- basic tax knowledge, good knowledge of sales tax law

- DATEV knowledge incl. DATEV-Online advantageous

- Routine use of MS Office programmes, in particular Excel

- Good communication skills

- Independent, structured and conscientious way of working

- Flexibility, initiative and a high level of motivation

- Well groomed appearance

- Business fluent German and good English skills

Mandatory Intern (m/f/d) PR & Communication

FASHION COUNCIL GERMANY e. V. was founded in Berlin in 2015 and represents the interests of German fashion. The aim is to promote and establish German fashion design as a cultural and economic asset, as France or Great Britain have already been doing for many years. The FASHION COUNCIL GERMANY e. V. thus becomes a contact point for politics, media, culture and industry in connection with German fashion design through targeted lobbying.

 

As of now , we are looking for a highly motivated mandatory intern(m/f/d) for 40h/week in the area of PR & Communication for Social Media:

 

Responsibilities:

- Managing the Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok accounts in coordination with the PR &Communication Manager.

- Topic research for relevant posts on social media

- Independent creation of social media posts

- Community management on all social media accounts

- Creation and maintenance of the social media editorial plan

- Website maintenance and content entry

- Regular collaboration on newsletters

- Continuous distributor maintenance

- Assisting with interviews and press releases in consultation with PR &Communication Manager

- Assist with events such as FCG X PRESS DAYS, Fashion Week, etc.

 

Requirements:

- Ongoing studies in the field of fashion, design, management, communication or a related discipline

- High affinity for fashion and the structural promotion of this

- strong organizational skills, as well as very good verbal and written communication skills (German and English)

- Good sense of social media and professional communication on social networks

- Confident handling of MS standard software and Adobe (InDesign & Photoshop)

- Structured and efficient way of working

- Flexibility and a quick apprehension

- High reliability and a sense of quality awareness

- Practical professional experience is an advantage

Junior Project Manager (m/f/d)

Through targeted lobbying, FASHION COUNCIL GERMANY e.V. thus becomes the point of contact for politics, media, culture and industry in connection with German fashion design.

For the next possible date we are looking for an ambitious Junior Project Manager(m/f) for 40h/week.

You are an organisational talent and communication is your strength? Independent, conscientious and solution-oriented work is not foreign to you and you see challenges as an opportunity and want to grow professionally? Then this is the right place for you!

 

Responsibilities:

- Supervision and contact person for our projects

- Conception and creation of communication materials

- Planning, preparation and organization of events at home and abroad

- Budget management of all activities

- Cost documentation of projects, including request of KVA`s, cost overviews, monitoring of the project budget, technical examination of invoices as well as subsequent cost center allocation

- Close cooperation with agencies and partners

- Cooperation in the preparation of company and project presentations

 

 

Requirements:

- Successfully completed business studies, with a focus on marketing/communication or equivalent

- min. 2years of professional experience after graduation in a comparable position in a company or agency

- Interest in the areas of fashion and lifestyle

- Routine use of MS Office programs

- Very good communication skills, as well as organizational talent and assertiveness

- Independent, structured and conscientious way of working

- Flexibility, initiative and a high level of motivation

- Well groomed appearance

Junior PR/Communications Manager (m/f/d)

The FASHION COUNCIL GERMANY e.V. becomes a contact point for politics, media, culture and industry in connection with German fashion design.

We are looking for a JuniorPR/CommunicationsManager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Do you have a good command of common communication tools? Do you like to give creative impulses and see challenges as opportunities? For you, online and offline communication go hand in hand, and you have good editorial contacts from the fashion and business press? Then this is the right place for you!

Responsibilities:

-Developing a strategy, for media relations and researching high-profile jobs in print, broadcast and online media.

-main contact person for our partners and funding programs

- Acquisition for new partnerships andcooperations to increase the awareness of the association.

- Support and further development of our cooperations, funding programs and projects

- Planning, preparation and organization of events at home and abroad

- Creation of presentations, concepts, press releases and mailings

- Management of all SoMe channels

- Conducting interviews

- Monthly monitoring and communication of PR results

- Budget management of all activities, as well as monitoring of costs on professional audit

- Close cooperation with agencies and partners

 

Requirements:

- BA / MA degree in Marketing, Advertising,Communication or equivalent.

- 5Years of professional experience in PR / Digital / SoMe required.

- Enthusiasm for fashion, politics, media and culture

- Independent, structured and conscientious way of working, characterized by organizational talent and assertiveness

- Practical mentality and willingness to drive projects forward

- Experienced with common press, SoMe andOffice tools.

- Experienced and competent in interviews, with broadcast and print media

- Strong communication skills, as well as being textually confident and articulate

- Fluent in German and English language  

- Flexibility, initiative and a high level of motivation
